Tuition Reimbursement Policy

At Grace Treehouse Preschool, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair reimbursement policy that aligns with our dedication to delivering exceptional educational experiences for our students. To ensure clarity and consistency, please review the following reimbursement guidelines:

1. Registration Fee: The registration fee is deemed nonrefundable. Once this fee is remitted, it is non-negotiable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Refund Requests: Requests for reimbursement of tuition fees or any other charges will be meticulously processed. Each request will undergo thorough review and must receive approval from the administration.

3. Absent Days: Throughout the academic year, refunds/reimbursements will not be issued for days when a child is absent from the school. This policy encompasses various reasons for absence, including but not limited to sickness, vacations, or personal reasons.

4. Aftercare Program: Participants in our aftercare program should note that refunds will not be granted for voluntary early pick-ups. Once enrolled and fees are paid for the aftercare service, there will be no provision for refunds due to early pick-up requests.

5. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be facilitated exclusively through the Brightwheel app. Refunds/reimbursements will be disbursed as a credit, which can be conveniently utilized towards future tuition fees. This credit will be promptly applied to the Brightwheel account linked to the child's enrollment.
